Appointment Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Prior to 24 Hours
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot qualify for a 100% refund or full credit towards future visits.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments without prior notice may incur forfeiture of the booking fee to cover operating slot reservations.
3. Cancellations by Clinic or Doctor
In case of emergency surgery delays, patients are notified immediately with priority rescheduling or instantaneous full refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds via Bank of Khartoum or Fawry transfer are processed within 1–3 business days with confirmation dispatch via WhatsApp.
