1. Booking & Clinical Consultations
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of the consultation fee and valid bank transfer receipt. Slots are temporarily held for 30 minutes; unpaid holds are released automatically.
2. Punctuality & Attendance
Patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time for check-in. Delays exceeding 20 minutes may require rescheduling to respect subsequent patients.
3. Treatment Plans & Quoted Fees
Quoted fees in personalized treatment plans are locked and snapshotted for the patient and are immune to future general clinic price changes.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior with full refund or credit. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
