2. Payment Proofs Private Storage

Bank transfer receipts and financial documents are stored in private disks protected from public web access, strictly isolated to the patient and authorized billing staff.

3. WhatsApp Notifications & Opt-Out

We utilize Meta Official WhatsApp Cloud API for appointment reminders and receipts. Patients may opt out anytime by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

4. Patient Data Rights (GDPR)

Patients may export a copy of their medical profile data or request account deletion directly from their profile management section.
